- Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify the ROI and benefits of migrating to the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform.
- Facilitate business process reviews to pinpoint customer requirements and processes for optimal solution design.
Requirements
- Proven experience with AWS cloud technologies and architecture.
- Strong understanding of Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms, particularly Amazon Connect.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively educate customers on the value of AWS.
