Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new HVAC contractor partners onto Palmetto's LightReach Finance program.
  • Conduct training sessions for contractor sales teams on effectively presenting and selling financing options.
  • Provide ongoing support to contractor partners to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the program.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving partner engagement and program utilization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within the HVAC or home services industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of financing options and sales processes.
