Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community strategy to foster engagement and long-term impact among learners, alumni, and professionals.
- Design and manage community platforms, programs, and events to facilitate networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across multiple regions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure community health, engagement, and impact, and CLEARLY report on progress regularly.
- Build and manage a team of community managers and coordinators to support the execution of community initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and scaling successful professional communities, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of community management best practices, including online and offline engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within the tech or education sectors.
