We are looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our finance team and help drive strategic decision-making through high-quality financial planning, modeling, and analysis. This role will work closely with leadership and business teams to evaluate investments, support budgeting processes, and deliver actionable financial insights.
Responsibilities:
Lead the budgeting and financial planning process, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
Perform plan vs. actual analysis, identify key drivers of variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and operational decision-making.
Conduct investment appraisal and financial evaluation of new projects, including NPV, IRR, payback, and scenario analysis.
Prepare investment cases and valuation analyses for the Investment Committee.
Support business decision-making through data-driven financial insights and scenario modeling.
Prepare management reporting and presentations for senior leadership.
Partner with business teams to assess the financial impact of initiatives and investments.
Improve and automate financial planning, reporting, and analytical processes.
Requirements:
3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, or consulting.
Strong expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis.
Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including complex financial models, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation techniques, and unit economics.
Experience preparing materials for senior management or investment committees.
Strong ability to translate financial analysis into clear business insights.
Fluent English (from C1).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in tech, digital, or high-growth environments.
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
Professional certification or progress toward CFA / ACCA / CIMA.
