Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial crime compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and internal standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and investigations related to potential financial crime violations, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree and active bar membership.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial crime compliance, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of AML, sanctions, and anti-bribery laws and regulations, including those applicable to the travel industry.

Agoda’s Financial Crime Compliance team, within the broader Compliance & Ethics function,Ă‚Â is responsible forĂ‚Â preventing and detecting the full spectrum of financial crime, sanctions, and regulatory risks across aĂ‚Â fast-growing, techĂ‚Â driven global travel business.Â
Within Booking Holdings, a new, stand‑alone B2B entity will consolidate the B2B businesses of Booking.com, Priceline and Agoda into a single global division. The new division will bring together our strategic partnerships, affiliate & API distribution, corporate and wholesale travel and other B2B commercial channels into one integrated platform serving airlines, travel management companies, OTAs, financial institutions, platforms and other strategic partners.
