- Coordinate external service providers and partners, such as IT, creative, logistics, and fulfillment, to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Take responsibility for project timing, budget, quality, and goal achievement, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within the marketing or retail sector.
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate creative concepts into practical implementations.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, proactively contributing improvement suggestions and ideas.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine(n) Projektmanager:in, welche(r) anspruchsvolle Verkaufsförderungs- und Kooperationsprojekte verantwortet, Kunden berät und interne Teams steuert – in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in Hamburg.
Aufgaben
Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Projekten (z. B. Promotions, Gewinnspiele, Cashback-Aktionen)
Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden und interne Teams über alle Projektphasen hinweg
Koordination externer Dienstleister und Partner (z. B. IT, Kreation, Logistik, Fulfillment)
Verantwortung für Timing, Budget, Qualität und Zielerreichung der Projekte
Reporting, Analyse und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen für zukünftige Aktionen
Qualifikation
Du verfügst bereits über Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Marketing oder Retail-Umfeld.
Du bist strategisch denkend, strukturiert und in der Lage, kreative Konzepte in praktikable Umsetzungen zu überführen.
Du bist kommunikationsstark, entscheidungsfreudig und bringst aktiv Verbesserungsvorschläge und Ideen ein.
Du beherrschst Deutsch auf hohem Niveau in Wort und Schrift.
