Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned territories (PHX/CA/OR/UT).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the real estate or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

The base salary range is $100,000 - $110,000 annually (with OTE at $165,000 - $190,000)
