Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor and product expert to prospective customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of Datadog's solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase Datadog's capabilities and address technical questions from clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, providing technical support throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage and respond to technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps practices, and modern application architectures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience with monitoring, security, or observability tools is highly desirable.
