Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement golden paths for services to ensure consistent and efficient development workflows.
- Own the full dev tooling surface, identifying and resolving recurring developer friction through one-time fixes.
- Build agent-friendly infrastructure and AI-native reliability tooling to improve system resilience and performance.
Requirements
- Experience building systems that improve developer velocity and reduce friction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead important incidents end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and learning.
- Proven ability to think at the system level about tech debt and develop strategies for its mitigation.
