You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our internal technology, from deploying secure solutions via Mobile Device Management (MDM) to applying Agile methodologies that streamline business-critical processes. This is a highly collaborative, “AI-first” role that requires a blend of technical expertise in tools like JAMF and Zapier with the strategic foresight to identify and remove roadblocks to efficiency. Beyond maintaining system integrity and high service levels, you will act as a key partner to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring our technology stack is not only reliable but serves as a catalyst for productivity and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Responsibilities Applying agile methodologies to streamline internal business processes and deliver practical IT solutions. Evaluating, testing, and recommending improvements to software, hardware, and IT systems. Deploying new solutions for internal users, identifying and addressing roadblocks to efficiency, and proposing IT practices that enhance system functionality and cost-effectiveness. Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document IT requirements, and ensuring that business needs are clearly tracked and delivered in coordination with others. Managing projects by overseeing timelines and resources, fostering teamwork, and ensuring successful outcomes. Using Mobile Device Management (MDM) to securely deploy and regulate system software. Implementing functional solutions that maintain system quality, integrity, and reliability. Provisioning, installing, and configuring hardware and software to ensure compatibility and user accessibility. Developing and deploying strategies to streamline IT operations and improve overall efficiency. Ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). Maintaining a reliable reference system for core technology infrastructure. For this role, you’ll also bring: 3+ years of professional experience in IT Operations and end-user technology, with a specialised focus on scaling digital workplace functions. A proven track record of managing complex ticket triaging and resolution within a high-growth Service Desk environment. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume BAU operations while simultaneously delivering long-term, scalable IT infrastructure projects. Excellent skills in building trusted relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, leveraging influence across the organisation Proven experience in identifying, developing, and deploying AI-based solutions and automation (e.g., via Zapier or AI agents) to streamline IT operations and reduce manual overhead. Proven experience with core technologies including, but not limited to, Google Workspace, JAMF, Atlassian, Zapier, and Relevance AI.
